Sign to exit

Tim Salinas called to say the balls were left at MAC. Of the 10 people on Greenhorns, not one thought to bring the balls back after they were used for warm-ups. The stars are aligning to tell me that it's time to exit the club. I'm tired of doing things for these lads and maybe I should just stop because my presence is stifling their growth. It's not that I think I'm important; the teams will endure after my leave-taking. I get the sense that when I'm around, they don't need to do things that they would usually be doing for themselves. Maybe it's better that I take a step back and let them take charge.
